The Word One to One gives you everything you need to explore what it says about Jesus, together with a friend.

Whether you’re new to the Bible or have been reading it for years, it’s designed to be simple and accessible so that anyone can get together, read the Bible and chat it through.

How it works

Whether you choose to share with the books, the app or online, you’ll find the same simple format: the Bible text is presented verse by verse, and helpful notes explain the meaning. This gives you everything you need to have a relaxed conversation about what the Bible says about Jesus.

And, by breaking the Bible text down into ‘episodes,’ it works a bit like a box-set, with each episode taking around 30 minutes to go through.

What it’s like to use

It’s relational: You’re both reading with a person you know, so it’s easier to discuss things that might be personal and not to be embarrassed if there are things that are a bit tricky to understand at first.

It’s for everyone: The Word One to One is easy to use and understand, so that anyone can read it – even if they’re reading the Bible for the first time!

It helps you see Jesus: Reading and chatting through what the Bible says about Jesus gives you and your friend a full and clear picture of who He really is.
